Terms & Conditions

There is no cash value to the voucher. Vouchers must be redeemed in full and cannot be part used, no change shall be given. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until 72 hours from time of purchase and are valid for 12 months. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. To use a voucher services must be pre-booked, use of the voucher will be subject to availability at the time of booking and at the discretion of the hotel. Please let us know if you are using a voucher against your reservation. Vouchers cannot be redeemed during the period 24, 25, 26, 31 December or 1 January.
